The above mentioned rates are depending on the season and are referred to the use of the whole house up to 4 people. For every guest more please consider additional 10 euro for each single night. Discounted rates if “The Villa” is rented together with one of the “San Peter and Paul’s Houses” in Rome and for reservations before than three months.

Prices are inclusive of  all Taxes and Cleaning, Linens, Water, Electricity, Luggage Storage, Air Conditioning, Heating, Computer, Internet DSL connection. A deposit is required to reserve the apartment with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

Upon request we offer a pick-up service from and to the airport or from and to the train station of Reggio.
