The above mentioned rates are depending on the season and are referred to the use of the whole house up to 4 people. For every guest more please consider additional 10 euro for each single night. Discounted rates if “The Villa” is rented together with one of the “San Peter and Paul’s Houses” in Rome and for reservations before than three months.

Prices are inclusive of  all Taxes and Cleaning, Linens, Water, Electricity, Luggage Storage, Air Conditioning, Heating, Computer and five hours per day of Access to an Internet DSL connection. A deposit (no refundable) is required to reserve the house with the remaining balance due upon arrival. For the deposit we accept payments by paypal, by western union and by wire transfer. Then we appreciate a payment cash for the balance.

Please note check in time is possible usually within 7 pm. and on Saturday and Sunday within 2 pm., a later check in is possible only by previous detailed agreements. Check out time not later than 11 am.

The “San Peter and Paul’s Houses” are NOT Hotels but duly licensed Homes Holidays therefore it is not provided a reception service. Anyway for any emergency, problem or suggestion you can contact the member of our staff (Fabio, Jay Jay, Marylin, Angela, Gigi and Flora).

Upon request we also offer a pick-up service from and to the airport or from and to the train station of Reggio and a laundry service by a washer which is inside the house.
